Absolute Gem in Redding!
I started out with a cocktail, Cereal killer, cinnamon toast crunch infused bourbon, it was delicious and you can easily have 2, the cocktail menu is carefully crafted, its something you would see coming out of manhattan.

Food is AMAZING and service was fantastic!
I can’t believe it took me a year to eat here. As a hospitality veteran, I’m so excited the Owl is here. The food was delicious. The bartender had me cracking up and the wine list featured out of the box, fantastic wines. If you like something that’s creative and not over the top (come here any night of the week) the Georgetown Owl is your spot.

The Georgetown Owl Saloon & Restaurant is a new gem and a new favorite. The atmosphere is great with a rock ‘n’ roll playlist and warm, modern decor. All ingredients are locally sourced. The food is great, scrumptious, and super fresh. Dishes like the Duck confit and the Wagyu burger are delicious. The service is attentive, pleasant, and fast. It is a highly recommended establishment for brunch or dinner, perfect for bringing family back for a great time.
