So many delicious vegan options! It was well worth the slight detour from the interstate for a healthy lunch!
My husband and I are beyond vegan (meaning, as well as not eating animals, we don't eat anything artificial.) It's hard for us to find any good restaurants where we live so we drove 1 1/2 hours to check out Botanika. We were amazed at how delicious everything was...and we ordered 1burito, 2 wraps, 2 pulled jackfruit, mac n "cheese," and two (or three) of every dessert they had! Eating at Botanika is an artistic culinary experience. Each dish is a work of art,prepared with utmost care and beautifully presented, extremely nutritious and delicious. The decor is equally artistic with charming paintings of plants and lots of beautiful live plants abound. And the service is very congenial and warm. Ridgefield is very fortunate to have Botanical.
