MR. FALAFEL & GELATO (Greenwich, CT)

First of all, the food is delicious (I have only gotten vegetarian). It is freshly prepared and the portions are very generous. The staff is very courteous and you can tell that they are looking to make the customers satisfied. I have been to this location at least 4 or 5 times and each time have been delivered an excellent experience with delicious and nutritious food.

I recently visited mr. falafel and gelato and overall had a great experience. The food was delicious — I especially enjoyed the chicken shawarma, the beef shawarma, and the Dubai chocolate dessert. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared. The place was clean, and the staff was welcoming and friendly, which made the visit even better. I appreciate the good service and the warm atmosphere.
I’d be happy to return and would recommend this spot to others looking for a good meal.

Ordered for pickup arrived two gentlemen behind the counter. One was attending food. The other was by the cash register. Was not greeted when I walked in. I had to talk first. Let them know I was picking up an order but that I had to use the restroom first. Confirm the order. The atmosphere just felt cold. I kept getting a stare down from the gentleman at the register. Anyways, came to my car sat and ate Chicken kabob sandwich which was flavorful and moist. Pretty darn good. Just think customer service though needs to be a bit worked on there. Didn't feel invited when I walked in. Barely acknowledged. However, I given the food was great.

Great falafel sandwiches! Falafel with cauliflower or eggplant and more, comes with hot fries! Store is still at beginning stage of opening there are no cups for tap water and no gelato even though there are signs. Also no reward system for frequent visits either.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! And great value for the prices. I'm SO happy that I discovered this place - I've already been back 3 times. So many healthy options and it's all so good!!! The staff are friendly and seem really dedicated to the business. I always see the same 2 guys working and told them I really like coming here. They made a suggestion of what to try next and I can't wait to go back!

Amazing food and Akron our server was super nice, I’ve never had this type of food in my life and Akron was patient enough to explain every single thing on the menu and helped me chose the best option for me, I’m definitely coming back and definitely telling everyone about this place.
