So disappointed tonight. 6 couples at the bar having a great time reminiscing about HS and we were told to be quiet. Again we were in the BAR laughing. So many establishments would be lucky to have us. Other than management we had a great time!

Went to dinner with a party of 12 (6 couples). Asked for separate checks but they would not do it. Spent a lot of time at the end to figure out the bill partly because the wait person made errors which when asked about it caused her to get angry and walk out never to be seen again. Food was ok at best. Guessing we spent too much time because they made it obvious that they wanted us gone including turning on the A/C in our room on very cold rainy night. Manager came in and pretty much asked us to leave because another party needed the room due to other areas leaking rain. While trying to leave , a "swat team" of employees rushed in with bins to clear the tables holding us from leaving in a very rude manner. We were all looking for a fun night with friends we have not seen in a while but instead we left very disappointed and agreed to never go back either alone or as a group. With so many places nearby I am not sure why people choose Chuck's. Would definitely recommend going else where.

LOVED where they sat us...it was like a little brick nook which made a huge difference the food was good my husband asked for medium rare but his steak well done (so he didn't enjoy it as muc) he says his fries were just OK, my lobster was pretty good. The service was amazing multiple Stagg checking in no long waiting everyone extremely polite our waiter checked in and was patient BUT not overbearing his name was frank. We will definitely be coming back!

Good food, classic atmosphere, decent service, no need for a reservation (Sunday night), and a salad bar. Great combination for a good meal or last minute special occasion. The restaurant is a bit dated, but the benefit is the classic salad bar which you don't see anymore. The menu is classic steak and fish fare, with high quality meat. Service was a little inexperienced. As an example, they took an empty wine glass without asking if a refill was wanted. Another instance was they brought food over but gave it to us in the wrong order, easily corrected but showed the newness of the server. Overall, a very good dining experience in this area, so we will be back for more great prime rib and stuffed shrimp in the months to come.

If your looking for a great dining experience, you won't get it here. We ordered a medium piece of prime rib. We got a rare piece covered in au jus. Our server went into the kitchen and once again asked for medium. The kitchen told him thats all we have and proceded to boil it in hot au jus. Needless to say that was sent back also. Over priced and underwhelming.

We had an excellent meal, terrific service and awesome value! Here's our secret - we arrived Friday at 4:00 right when they opened. Was seated and greeted by our server quickly. We both ordered the bistro steak and salad bar from the early bird menu ($18.50 + $4.50) plus we added a side of sautéed mushrooms (huge portion see pic) and one of teriyaki to share. The salad bar was fresh, clean and well stocked. Lettuce looked great no wilting at all. Fresh bread, pasta salad and a few other neat things there. My fiancé took bacon and shredded cheese for her baked potato and they had awesome marinated mushrooms. The staff hovered over salad bar and bread area while we were there cleaning it regularly (bravo!). Our bistro steaks were excellent! So tender and served sliced 75% way thru like a London broil but it's a shoulder cut. With the sautéed mushrooms it was a bullseye! It's served with a nice garlic butter sauce so the teriyaki we ordered wasn't really needed. Mashed were excellent with a little bit of seasoning and skins in a super nicely whipped mound. Overall, we really enjoyed our early meal and this is one of the he few places that still have a salad bar. We will definitely be back for that alone. I'll add that when we checked in on Yelp app a 10% discount coupon appeared but it said not valid with happy hour and other discounts so we didn't try to present it. But you can!

Steak was on point - nothing to complain about but at the same time it won't blow your mind. The beer was also good.The place smelt as though it has not been aired out in years, but we got seated next to the fire so I'll forgive them for that.

Went last night with some friends. No reservations but took us right in. Service was friendly by all it was like having 6 waiters or waitresses. Food! Excellent. My friends had the ribs cooked to perfection. They couldn't stop complimenting how good they were. I had an 1/2 pound burger cooked to perfection. Moist and tasty. Ambiance was great dining area set up well and clean. Haven't been here in a few years but now! I'm going back.
