Saybrook Fish House offers great food with excellent customer service. Despite a delay in the main course, the staff went above and beyond by offering a complimentary dessert and wine. The seafood is delicious, and the homemade salad dressing is a highlight. While the steak was just okay, the overall experience was pleasant with warm and friendly staff. The complimentary fruit basket at the end of the meal is a delightful surprise.
