They always make mistakes in orders! We order lots of thing and like always there is something missing! And when we call them they never answer! I would give 0 star! They gave us smashed donuts!

Excellent customer service! Pulled into the drive thru and asked to have a drink I purchased at a different Dunkin remade because it was incorrect. Without hesitation, they made me a new one and apologized for the mix up. I work across the street and have never had issues with this Dunkin location. Everyone is very nice, and provide swift service. Great job!

Would give a zero if possible didn’t even wait for my food, ordered two coffees from the menu they just gave meBlack coffee and I could hear them talking inside “ I don’t care just give it to him” worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too should just shut this location down the one down the st takes all the business anyway

I ordered a grilled cheese with roasted tomatoes through the drive thru on my way to Maine and had to go bafter going down the road. To tell them they got the order wrong and skip the roasted tomatoes. Then sat there in the lobby for 15 minutes to get a tomato and pesto grilled cheese sandwich which I did not order. So after sitting there for. A 1/2 an hour of my time they didn't even offer me anything back or anything. I got a s***** a** sorry I did not. Recommend this dunkin' donuts to anybody
This dunkin is in a very unfavorable location.Aside from being in a nice convenient expressway, it is located very snugged within a plaza.Adequate room in the drive thru area, but VERY LONG WAIT. no room to go around drive thru as well, in case you decided you dont want to wait anymore, cant go around.Good food tho.

There is no helping this location. 10 minute wait, minimum. And raising minimum wage IS NOT going to make their service any better. Can't fix stupid. I must be a glutton for punishment as I faithfully wish to get better service but it's not going to happen.
