Awful service. Ordered ice coffee, I get to the window, and scan and pay, then they try to hand a hot coffee. When I asked to correct, everyone gets cranky, then employees are more concerned over the fifty cents difference in price than fixing the issue.
When they attempt to fix it, they make it wrong (caramel instead of mocha), I can hear them complaining about me, then some guy starts talking and acting like I’m in the wrong. Tells me not to give them attitude, and gets frustrated when I hand wave at the staff giving me attitude for their issue.
Left without the coffee but got my refund. Won’t be back.

Sat at the drive through for a good 5 minutes with no one addressing us at the speaker, decide to drive up to pickup window and see that all the cars that were in front of me are now gone. Young blonde girl was really rude and told me I'd have to go back in line if I wanted to order them proceeded to walk away from the window. I won't use this Dunkin again, save yourself the trouble and drive a 1/4 mile down the road and use the other Dunkin. They were really nice and had me out in less time then I sat at this ones drive through.

Young women who works in the morning was super rude and had a disgusting attitude over two pumps of mocha. I've stopped getting Dunkin donuts due to most employees having the same attitude towards customers over trivial things such as an extra pump or asking for water. Very upsetting that as loyal customer I'm being treated badly by KIDS with no customer service and very nasty attitudes.
