Not welcomed and told to a kiosk before saying anything. Lazy employees. No wonder 3.4 rating. Cars wrapped around the building. Smh

This is one of the worst Fast food restaurant services, after having to wait more than half an hour The customer's service forgod to put ketchup, napkins.
Overall , it's not a place to satisfy a a customer like me who has been eating mcdonald's for more than thirty two years , most of it on drive through... which Ii , when inside and the atmosphere and service was the same or worse.
I had to recycle one spoon on my truck to safely.It my deluxe double cheeseburger.

The order taker said “we can’t take no more than two codes at a time” and that we would have to circle back around for the third code. How does it make sense to make a car go around just to get another order. If such is true advertise it

I’m honestly convinced the employees at this location are stealing or purposely keeping items from online and mobile orders, because there is just no realistic way to “forget” food every single time. It doesn’t matter if it’s a small order, a large one, or even a company order—something is always missing. And it has gotten to the point where it feels deliberate because the pattern is too consistent. Every time you reach out to complain, they suddenly become overly apologetic and offer a refund or replacement, but by then the frustration is so high that driving back feels pointless. It’s like they know people won’t want to return, so nothing changes.
What’s even worse is that the management clearly has no control over what’s happening. The managers act like it’s normal or unavoidable, when clearly it’s not. Someone needs to step up—manager, owner, whoever is responsible for running this store—because the level of carelessness or dishonesty here is unbelievable. This used to be the McDonald’s everyone relied on, the one people preferred over the others, and now it’s the one everyone avoids. When people actively switch locations in the app just to make sure their food arrives correctly, that tells you everything you need to know.
Food is not cheap anymore, and wasting money every time is unacceptable. Nobody should have to double-check their bags like they’re inspecting a crime scene, hoping the order is actually complete. It shouldn’t be a gamble to see if your food even arrives. This past week alone, I was wronged four separate times, including during a large company order that needed to be correct. And the best they could offer was a $12 refund. Honestly, that felt like an insult considering the inconvenience, lost items, wasted money, and wasted time. At this point, this place is failing badly.
Very disappointing overall. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

I recently attempted to purchase a Diet Coke. For YEARS I have patronized McDonald’s. You raised the price not by a few cents, not by even .25 cents……but by .50 cents! A complete and thorough rip off when it costs no more than .25 cents or less to produce!!! You have lost a long time customer ….keep your avarice and greed!
Ordered table service 20 mins later I ask where our food is then told they already gave it to the table mean while we never left the table then they said they put it on the pick up station mean while I could see it and it never came out worst experience ever
I stopped eating at this location because I got tired of my 10 pieces always having 9 nuggets my 20 pieces having 18 nuggets. My large fries having less fries than at other locations. It's all because the manager has a power complex and has gone as far as saying he doesn't need to give me food if he doesn't't want to. He'll just try and not take my order if he can. One time he got my entire order wrong then started making fun of me and told me I wasn't getting my food. The dude is worse than having NLE choppa serve you food. Mcdonalds is my favorite fast food and I just go to Glastonbury because driving 5 more minutes to not get verbally assaulted and actually receiving my food is worth it. I don't know how you can be so bad at your job when it's working at McDonalds like really bro just put the fries in the bag. There's also a Raising Cane's and Taco Bell near by. There's no reason to go to this location anymore. Considering you never get your food it's not cheap and considering the one dude always gets your order wrong it's not convenient or quick

Pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted By Bree great personality, and very courteous. She was great because many fast food restaurants rush you off and she didn't. It was a pleasure even when we pulled up to the window. Very professional and made sure everything was in the bag. Keep up the Good work Bree were your new fans!!!

Night shift lady was rude. She doesn’t reply to anything I asked. Just handing things over rudely and closing the window. Also very very very slow. 25+ mins, 1 car in front of me only.

I was looking to collect toys they had. I bought 3 but they were all the same. I asked the woman if she could look at the numbers on the bottom to find different ones. It took a little while but she found that their store only had 2 kinds so I was given the two different kinds. It was so appreciated that she took time to look, and even sell me just the toys at all. I'd been to 3 other stores prior and they would only sell me full kids meals and were rude about it. I hope the lady at the counter gets a raise :)

It's McDonald's - the food isn't the best but you know what you're getting. That said, the guy at the register was super sweet and helpful when we came in during a VERY stressful day. It's that sort of kindness that makes a difference, and I'll remember that the next time we are in the area
