So, we’ve been coming to salad bar since moving to Rocky Hill but one thing has changed recently. We walk in, and see 5 new kiosks to order from, drilled and wired into the bottom of where you used to order your salad from a person behind the counter. From the time it took to order my build your own salad to receiving my order, was far more time than ever before. The employee behind the counter insisted we use the kiosk. Listen, I get kiosks in fast food restaurants, but this...

The new ordering kiosks have got to go. I watched somebody walk in, try ordering on the kiosk and walked back out. The staff there have always been friendly and on point. Taking out that human element will hurt this particular business. Also, at least take out the tip display at the end of spending 5 minutes making your order own through a kiosk.

Love the staff and food, but do not like the new kiosk that has replaced the workers taking your order. Kiosk slows down the process and changes the entire atmosphere.
