“NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS”. I’ve never heard of a Subway with no public bathrooms. I thought it was a franchise requirement. Got news for you, mgmt: no bathroom=no business from me! I got a full bladder & need to take care of that first! You think I’m going to go across the street to the Shell/Henny Penny to use the bathroom, & then come back to you to buy food?! Hell no! THEY got my business.And the Dunkin in the same plaza also has a “NO PUBLIC REST ROOMS” sign...
Nice older Italian (? I'm guessing) man has ran it for as long as I can remember and he runs a tight ship. Clean, well stocked, orderly, just like a Subway should be. It can get pretty busy around lunch time but the staff handles the waves of customers by multitasking and making multiple orders at once. Only reason I didn't give it a 5⭐ rating overall is cause, c'mon......it's Subway
So i just left subway in salem and quickly rushed home to my desktop computer to give my opinion. I walked in and was instantly greeted by perhaps the most attractive subway staff ive ever seen. They assembled my sandwich with such grace, and treated me not just like a customer, but as part of their subway family. Ive been to many subways in the past, but this one will forever hold a special place in my heart.
