The interior has been completely remodeled since my last visit, and the space feels clean, bright, and well‑maintained. The staff greeted me when I walked in, and my mobile order was already waiting in the pickup area, which kept the visit efficient. One drawback is that there’s no longer a restroom available for customers. I had requested extra lettuce, but the amount was still on the skimpy side. Even so, the overall experience was positive, and I look forward to returning...
“NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS”. I’ve never heard of a Subway with no public bathrooms. I thought it was a franchise requirement. Got news for you, mgmt: no bathroom=no business from me! I got a full bladder & need to take care of that first! You think I’m going to go across the street to the Shell/Henny Penny to use the bathroom, & then come back to you to buy food?! Hell no! THEY got my business.And the Dunkin in the same plaza also has a “NO PUBLIC REST ROOMS” sign...
Nice older Italian (? I'm guessing) man has ran it for as long as I can remember and he runs a tight ship. Clean, well stocked, orderly, just like a Subway should be. It can get pretty busy around lunch time but the staff handles the waves of customers by multitasking and making multiple orders at once. Only reason I didn't give it a 5⭐ rating overall is cause, c'mon......it's Subway
