not sure if they were understaffed or what but when there Sunday afternoon for the NFL playoffs our server was at the table a lot at the very beginning but then disappeared. our whole table had empty drinks for at least 15 mins or so and wanted to order a decent amount of food for the table. we had to seek out our server and then wait another 15 mins or so for our bottled beer and when the food arrived it was wrong.
Walking in, we loved the environment. It looked like a really nice place to eat and have some fun and it looked clean and attractive. The food was good. What wasn't was the service. It was a week night and we were the only two customers besides another guy at the bar having some drinks. The bartender and I assume the manager were at the register talking about some credit unrelated to anyone currently in the restaurant. The food was delicious but the service was even better. I went there with my son yesterday and we were both very pleased. Everything was incredible.
