This location is incredible and still is! They gave my kids stickers and made their day, anyone complaining needs to come on it's a new location, also there isn't another chick fil a close by, so it will be busy. Absolutely incredible. My husband is so happy to have this around the corner from his work. Amazing manager also if you have any problems just as!

Wow! I told the staff here at Chick-fil-a in Shelton, CT. That took care of me that it was my first time here. She helped on choosing my meal. Then about five minutes me eating my meal. A young lady (part of the staff here) came to me to ask if everything was ok. I told her yes. Only thing was my fries were cold and soggy.The manager came back with fresh side of ?!!! Awesome customer service!!! And if you know you know that I’m very big on customer service etiquette!!! ?????????? ?????

My kid and I were both so excited to finally have a Chick-fil-a near our home in Stratford. However my kid has basketball practice weekly until 9:00pm and we have to dine out elsewhere. It’s bad enough that Chick-fil-a is closed on Sundays unlike any other NORMAL restaurant losing MILLIONS of dollars PER LOCATION. And now both Shelton and Fairfield further reverts back to the 1970’s closing one hour earlier at 9:00pm unlike any other Chick-fil-a and NORMAL restaurant which is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! For this reason and this reason alone I will NEVER patronize either local location for making such a poor, not so intelligent business decision to close at 9:00pm unlike literally every other chain restaurant in existence!
STILL Staffed by a bunch of idiot high schoolers. GO TO A DIFFERENT CHICKFILA TRUST ME. Training is needed here badly!!! Chickfila food always is good so quality is still good but wow the staff are something else. Completely insensitive to people with food allergies. Celiacs be extra careful here!

The wait in drive through is horrendous. Have been here several times and it is always bad. They give you the food while you still have to wait behind numerous cars, which means your food is no longer warm by the time you get home. No other Chick Fil A is like this. They have been open long enough to figure this out. Not worth waiting 20+ minutes.

Staff completely forgot our drinks in the order and some small things like extra pickles etc. Food was on par with other locations of Chik-Fil-A. Staff seemed disorganized behind the counter and I had an extra long wait for the drinks. Not the usual great staff experience at other locations.
