Wow! I told the staff here at Chick-fil-a in Shelton, CT. That took care of me that it was my first time here. She helped on choosing my meal. Then about five minutes me eating my meal. A young lady (part of the staff here) came to me to ask if everything was ok. I told her yes. Only thing was my fries were cold and soggy.The manager came back with fresh side of ?!!! Took drive thru employees 5 minutes to complete my order because they were taking about their zodiac signs and the drinks were on the counter. I guess customer service is less important than their zodiac signs.

This location is incredible and still is! They gave my kids stickers and made their day, anyone complaining needs to come on it's a new location, also there isn't another chick fil a close by, so it will be busy. Absolutely incredible. My husband is so happy to have this around the corner from his work. Amazing manager also if you have any problems just as!
