We always have a solid meal at Chick-fil-A each time we visit. We went in at about 10 am for breakfast. The restaurant was not busy and there was no line to order. We stepped right up to the counter and was met by a friendly person who took our order. This person was courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. Ordering was fast and by the time we found our seat in the dining area, our drinks and food were being delivered to our table. The food was hot and made well. I ordered...

I prefer the Chick-fil-A in Shelton over other locations, but make sure to order inside. I’ve never had a smooth experience using the drive-thru—there’s almost always something wrong with the order. When I’m in a rush, I double-check before pulling off, and 99% of the time something’s been mixed up.
