It’s a coffee shop so there’s not much food, but there cakes and cookies are delicious. Coffee there is better than any others around. They will make just about anything you want coffee wise. I prefer the regular coffee and my wife loves the lattes. I’ll go there if I’m in the area before anywhere else.

Usually it’s fine here but they made my mocha way too sweet. I took two sips and became nauseous. Way too much chocolate (and I have a big sweet tooth). I went back in and they refused to refund me. They would only offer a replacement drink to me. I am nauseous now and don’t want another drink. I left that mocha on the counter and left. Waste of $7. Pretty upsetting but whatever I guess :(

This is a fantastic roaster! I stopped by while driving through the state. I got a latte, overnight oats, and a massive biscotti. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend visiting.

I love the coffee here, but the service at the Howe anve and Bridgeport ave locations has become a major deterrent. There is a recurring issue with staff being unable to understand and accurately process orders, leading to multiple frustrating interactions where I’ve had to walk away without a drink. Between the long waits and the communication barriers, it’s becoming too difficult to grab a simple coffee. I’d love to come back, but only if the ordering experience improves.

I actually went to two different common grounds today and didn’t leave her the beverage either time because the counter person couldn’t understand. I’m 34 years old I was born here and speak perfect English. I don’t have an accent I speak clearly

The Howe Avenue location surpasses this one in service, quality, and atmosphere.

They have very expensive and real coffee… and they aren’t making it in Standard way, the coffee is end up tasting burnt. If you put flavor there’s no flavor in it and they mess with the coffee. They are going to dump it into another cup and shake it all together. Also, I’m Understanding of experience the way that one of your new employees was talking about me is unacceptable!

Some of the best coffee in Shelton, if you show up at the right time they'll be roasting the beans on site, which always smells amazing.

There espresso bean is delicious. It may be strong for some but I really enjoyed it. I had an espresso and a cortado. The milk really balances the strong bean. The espresso alone had a sweetness to it. Purchased a pound of the beans to take home. Too bad I live so far. I would buy my beans from here monthly if I lived closer.

Came to this coffee spot for the first time and was visually impressed by the setup, I’m a huge coffee connoisseur (that’s not a type of dinosaur)
The atmosphere was super relaxed and the wide variety of coffee was quite impressive.
I ordered the “honey coconut latte”(with cream not milk) and it was made to perfection.
I’m big on interaction and asking questions so of course I did bother the barista with a few questions about the types of coffee ☕️ and the process of how certain coffee was prepared, she was kind enough to do her best to explain and did so with a smile. Overall I was pleased with my experience and would definitely go back to try the blueberry coffee!

Love this place! Shelton has changed so much over the years and this place is something you would see in Los Angeles. Great variety of sweets and coffee. Plus they have some wraps for lunch. Quick service plenty of space and parking. I ordered an iced chai latte, pistachio muffin.... so yummy...and my friend had an iced tea and the Cesar salad wrap. Quick service and nice ambiance. Better than Starbucks! Will be back!
