Waited 30 for a few coffees because they somehow forgot or lost my order (?)
On top of that I got my order wrong and when I asked to just get the cream cheese on the side the manager said they weren’t able to do that when it was THEIR mistake, to then 2 min later the manager came out and gave me a side of cream cheese with such an attitude. Never coming back here. They’re so rude for no absolute reason. The manager has an attitude with everyone and treats their employees poorly.

Is anybody looking at the Google review for this location and for the people that work there from management or someone , if they are not happy and be customer service skills, fired him there’s a lot of people out there near a Job happy people. I went there to order a coffee they’re not happy, and have customers service skills at 6 o’clock in the morning. There’s no person out there. Need to deal with this at 6 o’clock in the morning as far as customers, especially the dude with the tattoos in his hand. If you don’t need the job fired him I promise you you’ll find someone out there better than that and management picked the right people for the job. It’s only Dunkin’ Donuts for God sake. Company need to start looking for the right people for the job

The ladies who are working in the morning shift on August 23rd Between 8 am to 10 am are not at all good they are giving wrong donuts even though they have right one. I ordered through drive thru and they gave me wrong donuts saying they don’t have which I have ordered than I immediately when into the store and they have one which I had ordered what is the point in giving wrong order. They are not at all smiling and greeting. When you are working especially in morning the positive energy is very important which they don’t have and I am never coming back here until those 3 employees working there not only me many of my friends will also not come. Please change yours employees or else tell them how to make order and behave with customer. Thanks

I went to this location this morning before heading to work it’s a worker I think she said her name was kyria was by far the worst employee ever had a attitude rush me my food handed me my coffee with aggression to rush me out the drive way for no apparent reason it wasn’t even busy here I will never go here again everyone please repeat stay away from this location we need to get this location shut down completely!

They charged me for two bagels with cream cheese when I only asked for one and I found out when I looked at my bank because they didn’t hand me a receipt. The person cooking my food knew and asked if I had paid for one and I said yes and she proceeded to hand me one knowing I was charged for two and didn’t say anything or give me two bagels which I would’ve taken happily because at least they would’ve corrected. They lied and stole from me. This place steals from you and constantly forgets things in your order. The only reason they make money is because they don’t use the materials you paid for and earn more money per order than normal. They are also just very rude.

Tequila Salad

I go to this gas station frequently. I am an avid consumer of the Dunkin Donuts 6 dollar deal.

Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts at scooters gas station I ask for a well done everything bagel.

Maybe 1 time out of 10 is the bagel well done.

Sometimes I will tell the employees “I asked for this bagel cooked dark, can you please cook it more?”

But I’ve resigned to not spending my money at this establishment because it isn’t my responsibility to ensure the order is made correctly. It’s theirs. I’m sure many willing customers have been shooed away by the lack of attention to detail at this location.

To the owner, maybe pay your employees more so they care or offer more comprehensive training, it is reasonable to assume that the problem is a mix of both issues
