No matter how many times I go here, these employees just can't GET IT RIGHT! IF I WANT 6 CARAMEL SWIRL IN MY LATTÉ THAN IT SHOULD TASTE LIKE CARAMEL! NOT STRAIGHT WATERED DOWN COFFEE! Of course I could t go back as I got it delivered to me at work. It says on the ticket 6 CARAMEL SWIRL and well I don't taste any caramel at all! Friday morning; 9am and myself with about 8 cars behind, no answer for 10 minutes. Why did I wait by the speaker for that long, I don't know. But then I drive around and the girl at the window is just on her iPhone. You need to implement some leadership and work ethic values here. Also, I don't blame you for paying them minimum wage if you have to, they literally don't care. It's typical. Kinda dirty though. I just ran in and out. The service was OK. The workers were enjoying their day, not rude. Gave me my donuts and went on about their conversation. I've got nothing really bad to say, nothing really good. it's a convenient location. Just could spruce up a bit.
