The pretzel, tacos, fishbowl drinks, and cocktails were all fantastic as well. This is definitely the place to go if you like to have a good time, especially with karaoke on Tuesday nights and a Sunday brunch with DJs. The staff was super friendly too!
Was not very impressed. Drinks were expensive and we kept getting the wrong drink sent, sometimes a drink was sent that was cheaper than what we paid for. Food was alright and came out slow.

I’ve been here multiple times the last few months for the nightlife and it’s the same music every single time. I don’t know if I’m unlucky, but it’s been slow r&b 99% of the time. A little variety would be nice.

No one answers the phones there I think the person complaining about bill pay must have been speaking the truth I had an issue no answer… I asked told three managers can’t find one!!

High quality all around. The owners are AMAZING and I am so happy to be apart of the Lost&Found family. They pay all their employees generously and they give their customers the up most respect. They just re did the entire inside and the signs and they always treated the renovators with kindness ♡ 100/10 bar!!

Went today for brunch around 12pm and it was a bit loud, but fine. Definitely busy. The waitress came to get our drink order fairly quickly and they were delivered but then never asked us if we wanted more drinks or refills after that. 20 min later she took our order and it took 40 minutes for the food to be ready. I got the chicken and waffles which was a bland waffle, Tyson chicken tenders on top, and a side of over salted homefries. We had four people in our party and two got theirs first, 5 min later for another, and 10 more minutes for the final one. At this time, they kept opening the door to bring in DJ equipment which made it hot and cold continuously for about 20 minutes. The DJ started and then we couldn't converse anymore. My friend who recommended the place said they usually start that at 3pm so we thought we had time. They comped one friends bill for it being made so much later than ours but we got out of there as fast as possible. Definitely not a place I'll try again.

The experience at this establishment has changed significantly. I used to enjoy visiting often. However, the bartenders' behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unappealing. If you don't want to work, please find other employment. Please improve your customer service. It appeared they were catering to a specific type of clientele. Don't be that kind of establishment! This incident occurred on a Friday evening. They allow smoking weed and hookah on their patio but not vaping. What is that?! At least allow vaping outside. If they don't allow vaping, which doesn't harm anyone, then they should eliminate all smoking. This makes no sense.
Edited:: MY PARTNER & WERE TOLD BY NUMEROUS PPL THAT DAY WE COULDN'T, MAYBE MAKE SURE YOUR EMPLOYEES KNOW EXACTLY WHERE THE SMOKING SECTIONS ARE.

This is apparently my 4th review attempt here and the problems are consistent.
What can I say about the worst bar in CT?! Well here we go.... I used to be a regular coming here every Thursday for wing night because the great staff who took care of us and the wing cook was the best. They are unfortunately under new ownership without those staff members and it has gone downhill drastically. In the heart of downtown Shelton, this bar will be my last choice, every time.
Today they were doing construction inside the bar using loud power tools while we were trying to enjoy our drinks and conversation. They were installing new TVs on the walls so the current TVs were off the whole time. The girl working took a while to actually take our orders for food and drinks and didn't write any food item down. She then came back 15 minutes later to ask again what we ordered.
We finally got our food after an hour of waiting. The owners family came in after us, ordered food, and received It before us. We ordered wings for wing night. 4/6 of the items were wrong. The pub mustard wings were supposed to be tossed in sauce but they gave us sauce on the side. My friend's blue cheese was green and yellow and looked like it was going to kill him. My other friend ordered jack'd up Teriyaki, but when all of our wings arrived they THEN told him they didn't make those anymore, after waiting an hour for wings. The 4th issue was my friend ordered garlic parm fries when we first ordered and the second bartender told us she never even put the order in.
At one point I saw one of the staff pouring a new drink option for the owner to try. He dropped the plastic Christmas hat on the gross floor, picked it up, and put it directly in the drink. This breaks so many sanitation laws. That being said, the owner family had their 4 year old Daughter walk behind the bar to make a drink (non alcoholic thank god), but this is still a huge violation too. For being the only customers other than the owners family this was the worst customer service ever. Also I wonder if they noticed the piece of wood hanging from the side of the 85" tv that looks like it's about to fall off and hurt someone.

I've been in the industry for 20yrs. I'm in my late 30s. Thanksgiving Eve was a Disaster. I get it, it's a busiest holiday night of the year. However All the bartenders were Wasted and dancing and unprofessional . NO EYE CONTACT WHAT SO EVER and impossible to get a drink!! I was with my newly single amazing sexy sister and smoking hot girlfriends, don't get it!? Meanwhile some young nasty trashy clientele we're line hoping and we're instigating a problem on the patio. We had to leave because the environment became UNSAFE. Too bad I wanted to have brunch there but now I'm disappointed in the people the business attracts. That also goes along with the music. When there's many more varieties of music, it also attracts a diverse crowd and safe environment!

The food was HORRIBLE...the service was worse! It was not even that busy but we had to call the server over to refill drinks. Our food was made incorrectly. The manager was RUDE and not customer friendly! We will NEVER be back!!!
Since I can't respond to this owner directly...the menu says mandatory 15% gratuity for ordering bottomless mimosas. We had to track down a server to get refills despite it not being busy and no less than four people just standing around. Then we got a bill with a 20% gratuity! The service did not deserve that gratuity, they DID NOT earn it. We were told the person we spoke to was the manager but she was just the table runner. The owner did not offer any solutions just lip service. Horrid place!
Amazing service! LOVED the nachos and boneless wings! Will definitely be back soon!
