TWICE TWICE TWICE THEY SCREWED MY ORDER. I PLACED IT ON THE PANERA APP AT 12:25 TODAY. HALF AN HOUR LATER AN ORDER ARRIVED AT MY DOOR. BUT IT WAS COMPLETELY THE WRONG ORDER. I NICELY CALLED BACK AND THEN WHO WAS EITHER NEW OR HAD A SERIOUS LEARNING ISSUE BUT I HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF 10 TIMES AND STILL DIDNT UNDER WHO I WAS, MY NAME, ORDER NUMBER, THAT ITS ONLY SHELTON CT. Picked up and order via rapid pickup, the grilled cheese was Burt on the inside, should never had been served, had to throw it out inedible.
The food is good. The salads are nice and fresh and the bakery items are awesome.
