Being a big brand like Starbucks doesn’t excuse poor training. When customers come in for their first coffee of the day, basic courtesy should be expected.

At this location, employees don’t make eye contact, service is extremely slow, and orders take far too long to be prepared. The staff comes across as rude and unprepared to deal with customers.

Delivery drivers are often ignored and have to beg for assistance, and orders are rarely ready on time.

Unfortunately, every time I go here There’s an extremely long wait no matter what time of the day. They do not follow standard builds of each coffee, which makes these coffee taste bitter or nasty or not the same as what you got yesterday. They do not put orders in order when they are given . Had to get a full refund yesterday because I waited over 45 minutes for the other half of my order. Please explain to me why a coffee and a bagel came out before a hot chocolate and a frappe? I watched Them do every other order, but in the house. There was another guest who their other party ate alone while the other one waited for their food & drink . The baristas weren’t very happy, They didn’t communicate and very unsanitary .

Honesty I use work for Starbucks there’s no reason for this at all.

Super friendly Starbucks location. Staff are so so nice. Great drinks. The location is in a very busy intersection so hard to get into, but loved my visit through the drive thru. Aslso next to an awesome restaurant called the Spotted Horse.

I stop by this Starbucks in the mornings and the staff here truly set the tone for the day. They’re always friendly, welcoming, and efficient, no matter how busy it gets. What I appreciate most is the consistency—my order is always right and tastes just the way I expect it to every single time. It’s clear the morning team takes pride in what they do, and it makes all the difference. Thank you for starting my mornings off on such a positive note!

Do the employees not know how to read a label ???? Ordered on Uber eats gingerbread latte with cinnamon and cold foam … no cold foam, has the sugar cookie latte sprinkles and tastes like the milk is expired disgusting.

I don’t want to leave a bad review I was trying to do it in private but I can’t figure out how, this isn’t the first time but if I’m going to Starbucks I want my order to be correct considering it’s already expensive. I ordered a latte with oat milk and right when I get home I go to take a sip and I realized it’s very light, I open it up and the medium coffee is maybe half way filled. If I’m going to have to pay extra 0.70 for oat milk on top of my $5-$6 coffee I should be getting a whole coffee not half. Very displeased. On top of all that they gave me the wrong cake pop too and I was the only one in line.

If you like long lines and subpar coffee that's overpriced this is the place for you nothing like coming here at 11:00 in the morning and waiting 36 minutes and 42 seconds for a coffee but who's counting.
