I just spent 48 dollars at this subway for 2 footlongs (1 double meat) and a large drink. Only 1 person working during lunch hour meant that it took about 20 minutes for us to get through the line with 3 sandwiches in front of us. The not double meat sandwich was PAPER THIN without meat even covering the entire sandwich. The sandwich with double meat was a TEN DOLLAR CHARGE to add double meat. I am so dumbfounded. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to ve spending 50 dollars at subway today.

***GIFT CARDS - BUYER BEWARE***
I tried to use a valid Gift Card yesterday and was told it had a zero balance - it was never used. There is NO WAY to reach Subway Corp. anymore. You can only go on Subway.com and Chat with a BOT who just sends you in circles. The Customer Service number on the back of the card tells you to go to Subway.com and then disconnects you. according to the internet, others are having the same probIem. I disputed the charge with my Bank, but would be out of luck if I paid another way.

Terrible service and unfriendly staff. This is my second visit, and once again the same man was rude. Despite being the only customer in line, I was rushed for no reason. I will not be returning. The Subway across the street offers far better service.

I’ve been shopping at Walmart for the last 5 years but I never had the chance to stop at subway. I brought my mom and niece with me and felt really embarrassed by the young white guy after I asked him to add another footlong to my order. Being a server myself for 15 years I’ve never ever gave the mean face and dirty look he gave me and his bad attitude simply destroyed the whole experience. It’s sad cause nowadays people would give an arm in order to get a job. Smh

Never got a chance to eat. I had to cancel my orders because the staff was very rude. The over toaster was not working properly and our food along with other customer got Burnett. The server shower no concern, she just asked if we would like her to add more cheese. Can someone explanada to me how more cheese is going to unburn our food.
