It’s very annoying when you choose the option more… and they don’t even put more… you ask for more bananas peppers and they put 3 on the sandwich come on… it’s ridiculous and now you can’t order her in person you have to order through a screen….. please look at what the customer is ordering!

If I could give negative numbers I would. There’s is a lady who’s extremely rude who seems to disliked us as soon as my husband and I walked onto the place. She seems Hispanic… I’m Hispanic but I cannot tolerate the kind of treatment she gave us… and the extremely poor customer service she provided. She’s about 30-35 light skin on the heavy side. I hope she has a better day and if she doesn’t like what she’s doing she should be at the front where she has to deal with customers.

After explaining how I did not not a Receipt back I realize when I looked at my bank account that the worker at this Subway® charged a tip. She literally tipped herself with my debit card and then the manager at this location, had the audacity to hang up on me. If I could give them -0 stars, I absolutely will shame on this company. I already contacted corporate and reported that employee.

My entire family's order of sandwiches was made on stale bread. It literally cracked apart. They felt hard through the wrapping. On top of it the cookies AND churro were all hard as a rock. Very unhappy, over $50 for all stale old food. The location on river road might be out dated but I will go there next time. Id like a refund honestly for this. (My sandwhich is in my plastic wrap because it was suppose to be my lunch for work tomorrow).

literally just had the best Subway sandwich I've ever had and I eat Subway every day The staff was so friendly and accommodating to my picky needs. Literally had to ask her name because that's how awesome she is and she said Desiree!

A very thin layer of tuna on my sandwich. I wish I could leave the pic I took of the sandwich there is barely any tuna on it at all. For a $7. Six inch. Won’t go back to this one. The one across the street in Walmart is A+ but I was being too lazy to walk in. Alway problems when I go to this one. BPT
I ordered 3 subs and was very disappointed with the amount of toppings. I requested jalapeños and they gave me 6 jalapeños on a footlong sandwich. Mikes subs are so much better!

I thought it’s against the law not providing cups for water for free. They need to check the restaurant regulations. The owner told me that he doesn’t provide free water cups. What if someone was choking on his food!!
