My entire family's order of sandwiches was made on stale bread. It literally cracked apart. They felt hard through the wrapping. On top of it the cookies AND churro were all hard as a rock. Very unhappy, over $50 for all stale old food. The location on river road might be out dated but I will go there next time. Id like a refund honestly for this. (My sandwhich is in my plastic wrap because it was suppose to be my lunch for work tomorrow).

A very thin layer of tuna on my sandwich. I wish I could leave the pic I took of the sandwich there is barely any tuna on it at all. For a $7. Six inch. Won’t go back to this one. The one across the street in Walmart is A+ but I was being too lazy to walk in. Alway problems when I go to this one. BPT

I ordered 3 subs and was very disappointed with the amount of toppings. I requested jalapeños and they gave me 6 jalapeños on a footlong sandwich. Mikes subs are so much better!

Very poor customer service. Food was not good. Employees arguing with each other in front of a store full of people. This isn’t the first time either. I’ve given this store multiple chances.

I thought it’s against the law not providing cups for water for free. They need to check the restaurant regulations. The owner told me that he doesn’t provide free water cups. What if someone was choking on his food!!

I came in because of the advertisement of freshly cut deli meats for your sandwich. I asked about it yet everything was precut. That’s false advertising, it’s freshly sliced in front of you not this morning or yesterday or whatever time. The employee was talking to me like I was dumb because I questioned the claim. Stating we been here since 9 so it’s done. Just rather not waste my time with fake advertising. Also wish the lady in there had better customer service.
