Food was good, service not so much. Young girl was outside in the parking lot with her boyfriend and was clearly bothered she had to tend to customers inside. Gave us attitude and remarked about being near closing time at 7:45pm when the door and online both say open til 10pm. This is a recurring event with this restaurant. At 8pm she turned off all the lights and closed shop. We love Subway but this keeps happening at this stop. If closing time is 8 update sign and online. If attitude she gave us is acceptable let us know we will go elsewhere.

I ordered an “ultimate italian BMT” footlong but I got ultimate skimp….. I know the very sweet sandwich artist was likely told to put as little meat as possible. Maybe change those directives? Im not sure why I go here anymore. 3 pieces of ham-really? Pics say it all. Thank you.

Go there for a sandwich but ask for a cup of soup cause I like broccoli n cheese soup n they turned around and said they don't carry soup but they have it on menu

Y’all should not be closing early when someone places an Uber eats order. You know the driver is on the way and people are waiting for their food. If you close at 10 then your doors should be locked at 10… not at 945 or 955. And then don’t call the customer or driver to say your closing early. Makes no sense!

I went on Saturday for an order I placed through the app. It was not received by the store. So I had to wait, however, the lady working did an excellent job making the wraps. Today I go in and order the same wraps. They were not wrapped properly, food coming out of both ends and wasn’t toasted. This is a menu item ordered exactly like the menu, I shouldn’t have to tell you it’s toasted or that food shouldn’t be spilling out of both sides of a wrap. The difference in training of staff is ridiculous. Won’t be back.

This was the worst subway I’ve ever been in. There was food all over the counter and floor. The boy that worked there had an attitude and cussed at me. My bread had mold on it and my tomatoes were soggy!! Do not go to this subway you might end up sick with a stomach bug. They need to be shut down!

I walked in, the employee was stocking cooler if drinks. NEVER turned around or even acknowledged me. Went behind counter did a couple other things then turned and said what can I get ya? Never smiled, never looked at me. Clearly annoyed I was there Clearly Hayes their jo . Very Very rude and u professional! Don't recommend going here!!!!!!

Ordered my sandwich and I get to work and my sandwich is sour…. I got sweet onion chicken teriyaki and it didn’t even smell right. I get the sandwich the exact same every time I go. I don’t know if it was the cheese or what but it was thrown right in the trash. Never
When a place says it closes at 10. It should still serve people until 10. I never understand that. If you’re going to close early then turn off the open sign. Don’t just lock the door and ignore me when I knock to ask if you’re still open. That’s so frustrating when I drove here and could have gone elsewhere before something else closed. Sucks because this is closest but I’d rather get a sub from the gas station from now on if that’s how it’s going to be.
