I went there for a quick meal because I didn't cook and I didn't have time to go to the grocery store today so I'd figure why not wendys. I went there the guy who took my order was very friendly. I alo upgraded both meals to a large. I ordered 2 Cinnabon pull apart and I only received one in the bag when I got home. Didnt even get a reciept. Also fries were soggy and cold like they made too much and then let it sit (disgusting had to toss it out, both of them) I get to my burger though it was going to be good that burger was freezing cold, bread was hard. All in all do not stop here keep driving. There is a chick Fil a up the street or the new McDonald's. I would recommend that over wendys. I wasted $35 tor cold nasty soggy food.

Wendy's here in Shelton is decent the one thing I would recommend is fresher fries by making smaller batches more often instead of large batches less often.

Place has went down hill. Burger was barely cooked and didn't even have bacon. Fries were over cooked and old. The floor was super sticky and the tables were all dirty. Choose a different Wendy's.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only did they lose my order and I showed them proof that I ordered and never received my order. They were extremely rude to My Husband. When I called to make a complaint, I had a team member pretend to be a manager. When I called back to ask for a district manager‘s number because that team member was extremely rude to me. The staff openly admitted that there was only one manager, and it was not the person I spoke to. When I informed the manager that I spoke to somebody claiming to be the manager and they were extremely rude that manager hung up on me. Do not recommend going to the Wendy’s as they do not know what they are doing and seem to think disrespected OK
Genuinely the most disgusting and most disrespectful environment I've ever been in. Rudest employees, never received my food and when I tried to talk to a manager an employee pretended to be a manager. Absolutely the most awful team and staff. 0/10 never going again and I recommend nobody else does unless you want to be blatantly disrespected.

I stopped at this Wendy’s and purchased the $5.00 Biggie Bag. It consisted of a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, a Junior French Fries. 4 Chicken Nuggies, and a small Root-beer soda to wash it all down. It was all typical Wendy’s as I enjoyed it. The drive thru was busy, but the wait wasn’t too long as they kept it flowing… Good job! The entrance is a little offset, but easy enough to figure out. The place is a little bit nicer looking than a typical Wendy’s.
