“First timer here. The atmosphere was awesome. Sat at the bar and watched motoGP. I ordered the brisket egg rolls and they FAR exceeded my expectations. Crispy crunch, sweet, salty, umami. It hit every taste bud on my tongue. My husband got the brisket grilled cheese and it was out of this world good. Perfectly balanced. Not too much bbq sauce, right amount of cheese and a nice crisp bread. The tater tots were perfectly fried and salted. They were so good we didn't even need ketchup. We will for sure be back.“

“Just checked out the new South Windsor location and the the experience did not disappoint. Great service, food was delicious and portions were HUGE. We had a specialty pizza, chicken piccata, salad, and house made fried mozzarella. All great. Only problem is we can’t move right now.“

“We love max burger. We've been going here for years but on this trip, we took our 9 month old. We brought peaches for him since he's not eating off the menu yet. And he proceeded to make a huge mess. Our waitress, Molly, was so sweet and said it was totally fine. They're a family restaurant. “I had a surprise 40th for my husband at the Grill at Cooper Hill and they did a wonderful job! I was able to get in earlier in the day to decorate how I wanted, and create a space that accommodated a large group of people. Joe and Deanna were so great at the bar! They were fun and friendly and great at keeping up with the busy bar action! The food was delicious. The kitchen staff was able to keep pace with refilling trays as they became low. Kristin was always available if I had questions prior to the party. She was so helpful in weeks leading up. It’s such a great, laid back atmosphere for a party. I would highly recommend using their space to host your next event!“

“We had Andrene for our waitress. She was amazing! You can tell she enjoys her job and was very polite and kind. The food came very quickly and was delicious. She checked in several times to see how we were doing and making sure we were set with drinks. I would highly recommend this place as well as Andrene as a waitress“
