My wife and kid love chilies first and foremost, we dine there quite frequently; however we usually sit in the bar area and it’s always amazing, great service and great order quality but tonight we sat in the dinning area and the service was completely different, order quality wasn’t what it usually is, service felt rushed overall not friendly or what we’re used to, we’ll be back but only in the bar area.
Great takeout experiences the last few times. Food is done very well and accurately. The service in the restaurant is noticeably improved, friendly staff, and looks to be adequately staffed as well. We were not at all disappointed. Would definitely go back!
I have to say, my experience at Chili’s was unforgettable thanks to Thomas A. Hands down, this was the BEST service I’ve ever had in my entire life. Thomas went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the visit amazing.
