Literally the best subway sub I've ever had, seriously haha. If the man there is quiet, don't be put off because his subs are great. Frank is the best.

Very pricey, added extra meat to my wife’s foot long turkey & they added two slices of turkey for $6.00 extra!The meat looked old.Also the selection of toppings is about half that of other Subway’s.Frankly, the local supermarket’s “big boy” grinder has 1/2 pound of meat for half the price.WAKE UP SUBWAY!

They do not accept coupons eventhough there is a sign on the register saying they do. They young man working that day in a really diminish way refused to take the coupon and gave several excuses( non of them sensible). Then proceeded to prepare the sandwiches without me telling him which bread and without asking niether. Not an appealing subway to spend your money. Let me reword it, no an appeling personnel to deal with.Note: Has been here before and never a problem with really nice teenagers.

Came to subway with my wife and 1 year old daughter, I had to change my daughter's diaper, went to the bathroom to find no changing table rather not change her on the floor, also we ordered food sat down to eat and also no highchair for her to sit in to eat!!

Very disappointing. SUBWAY at 924 hopmeadow Street Simsbury CT has gone downhill. The grinders you order online are so tiny. The portions are small and crappy. I cannot get over how small the so called one footer is. They cheat you out of veggies you order and forget side orders. No wonder Subway is going out of business, They suck so bad. Time to try something new.

We bought a couple of grinders. The sandwiches are tiny. The bread looks like it the size for a 5 year old. It appears when you order online, they give you tiny bread. And they forget veggies and it's just awful. The 924 Hopmeadow Street Simsbury, CT Subway sucks. I see why they are going out of Business. I would not recommend it. Never order online because they cheat you out of items.
Says that it's open at 9 AM on the door and online. I showed up at 9:50 AM and the doors are locked and the employee shook his head that they were not open.
