Sat at the bar for an early dinner. Enjoyed the grilled shrimp appetizer and arugula and endive salad before ordering the burger. Ended the meal with a key lime creme brulee. Sean, the bartender, was excellent. The food was also on point. See you next time.

This was our Friday date night location. I ordered one of their specials rack of Lamb. Super tender meat. fresh asparagus They had a dark beer on tap that made me happy. Dinning area is lit nicely, quiet.

We really liked the ambience and the food. We definitely want to come back. In the summer time they have outdoor seating to enjoy a glass of wine!

Everything from the bread to the burgers was delicious. We accidentally came in here thinking it was somewhere else. But we are glad we stayed. The waitress was lovely and did such an incredible service, we were actually taken aback. The place was gorgeous. I wish I took pictures. Very lovely place.

I would recommend reservations be made because this place is hard to get into!
We made a reservation a few weeks in advance of our visit. When we arrived we were seated right away. The waiter came and introduced himself and offered drink menus. We ordered drinks then heard specials then ordered food. We had the special, grilled shrimp cocktail which was very good. We had the short rib and the berkshire pork chop which were both great. Pork is always cooked medium so beware of that for those who dont like pink meat. After we were finished eating we waiting a while for our waiter to return to offer dessert and clear out places. That is the only negative.
It is very reasonably priced, 112 before tax and tip for a drink each, a shared app and 2 entrees.

Stopped in for a very last minute birthday dinner. The staff quickly accommodated a large group (with kids) no problem. Food and service was excellent and the live music really made the night. We were very impressed. Thanks for a memorable night.

I first visited this spot back 2-3 years ago for a special dinner, and yet again last night. And I'm glad to say both times have been amazing, and I'm glad the bistro is still consistently good! Staff is very friendly, and the interior feels very homey. The dishes are flavored really well and can be shared with another. The prices are affordable also. Mushroom toast was incredible with a thick cut of bread, the ribs fall off the bone, and the fish just melts in your mouth. Highly recommend for a special dinner!

Had a really great experience this past Saturday. We were walk-ins and were planning on sitting at the bar but it was full. Bill the owner seated us at a table and very quickly brought our drinks over. It was a level of service that I hadn't experienced in a while. Our server and meal was also great. I can't recommend this place enough!

Have to share how wonderful of an experience we had at our first time @ 2 hopewell. When you walk in the setting is barn romantic. Between the little tea lights and the candles and the flowers on the table, the ambience is on fire for a romantic place. The food was the biggest chefs kiss I could give it. Absolutely out of this world. Our waiter was so nice. We had amazing drinks and he made really great recommendations as well. Desserts were artistic and you can tell a lot of thought went into them like everything was just super creative in the food. This is that perfect place for a special occasion anniversary date night. Highly recommend!
