I ordered shrimp Oscar, with high hopes since I was starving at work. I figured I’ll order a big meal only to be disappointed. This dish was full of oil and heavy cream. No flavor at all. 2 large shrimp were placed in pasta for a 30$ meal. Highly disappointed. A waste of 30$

I've been eating DiPalmas when visiting the folks in Southbury (from NY) for a couple of years now. It was always good pizza.I ordered yesterday, and something is different. It was next-level, phenomenal pizza. So good that I'm writing a review.The cheese pie was just the right amount of thickness (pretty thin), the cheese was distributed perfectly, and it had the proper amount of slight flop.Really, really good.

It is 8:58 pm and I am sitting outside of this restaurant that not only clearly says it’s open till 9:30 pm, but also the restaurant accepted this order for take out AND charged for the order, but now we’re showing up here for our food and they are closed. This is ridiculous this should have been verbalized that they had better Halloween plans than staying open till their close time OR not accept anymore orders

Horrible. $40 for a cold medium pizza that tasted like cardboard and ravioli??? $9 for a soufflé that’s hard as a rock and came out the fridge? Robbery in broad daylight. Worse pizza I’ve had.

I called at 6:19 to order a small pizza, a medium pizza and a soup. The person who took my order Calvin said 45 minutes. Don't say that if it isn't accurate. Well 45 minutes has come and gone- now its over an hour and a half and he tells us it is only one driver and he is in all different parts of Southbury and there is 5 orders and 4 people have called in to complain that they haven't gotten their food. If Calvin had told us there was only one driver we would have just picked the food up. We asked to speak to a manager and there is no one on duty, only Calvin is there. It is now 7:49 and we just got our food and it isn't that warm. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! HIRE MORE DELIVERY DRIVERS OR DON'T DELIVER! THIS ISN'T HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS!

This place is Incredible. The food is great and the servers are always using their fullest potential to get things done. I would recommended for everyone to go there and try the amazing food, especially the chicken tenders.
