Don’t order from here, food takes over an hour and a half to get to you but they will not call you and tell you that, if call them to inquire they’ll keep say that the driver should be soon, food came very cold.

Hit or miss. Went with family. Minestrone soup was cold within rancid taste. Bread was hot and lots of butter. I had capetelli with broccoli rabe and chicken. Totally bland I believe cooked broccoli robe and pasta together no taste. Bland bland bland. Chicken on top was fine. Another dish was clams with Fra Diavalo sauce which was tasty. It’s hit or miss I only c9me here as mil likes it. I cringe as I never know.
They must make the best Pizza in southbury and they accommodate special requests.And they are very caring about their customers. We order the cheese pie with fresh ricotta on the side.

This is what happens when you have an owner who has no idea what they’re doing and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction
The food was average , maybe even slightly better.
Kathy, the manager, is probably the only reason they get a single customer.
Horrendous service for our party by a woman who never introduced herself, never made any sort of personal connection and jsut yelled out the food orders when she brought our food out instead of remembering who ordered what.
Items were I correct and some dinners came out as long as 15 min after others.
Even salad took 30 min to arrive and room them almost 10 min to hand them all out.
They didn’t even bring spoons or forks for dessert.
The owner didn’t want to talk and instead kept pushing off the conversation. Kathy was great to work with but as they say, it’s only lipstick on a pig.

I ordered shrimp Oscar, with high hopes since I was starving at work. I figured I’ll order a big meal only to be disappointed. This dish was full of oil and heavy cream. No flavor at all. 2 large shrimp were placed in pasta for a 30$ meal. Highly disappointed. A waste of 30$

I've been eating DiPalmas when visiting the folks in Southbury (from NY) for a couple of years now. It was always good pizza.I ordered yesterday, and something is different. It was next-level, phenomenal pizza. So good that I'm writing a review.The cheese pie was just the right amount of thickness (pretty thin), the cheese was distributed perfectly, and it had the proper amount of slight flop.Really, really good.
