1st time ever in my life I had freshly made hit doughnuts here at this location came along the way going to NH. It was about 530am. I recommend to visit this location for hot freshly made doughnuts. My favorite is coconut doughnuts.

I wish I could give a better service rating, but it's hard to given how busy this place is. It's not that they're understaffed, but they get so much traffic off of I-84 it's hard to manage. Otherwise the food is great and they don't forget anything.

The workers were very good with customer requests, friendly, and accommodating. The building is a bit dated and run down. The food is dunkin, always fills a need, and I would definitely go back.

Terrible service... wait 20 min for an simple wrap, after asking they start preparing my order, they give me the wrong item, I requested the right item and they still did it wrong. After 3 attempts to get a simple wrap with not bacon right. I just left and loose my money. I DON'T have 30 min to wait for a DUNKIN DONUTS order.

Absolutely worst customer service! They botched my order and then were rude about thier mistake. I could actually hear them swearing in the back. I work with the public and niether myself or any of the team would ever behave in such a manner. ( and I can be pretty spicy).
They take your order than start doing something else, there were like 3-4 customer, they forgot about our drinks and got 4-5 new customers in front of us

If there were negative stars ..that is how I would rate this place. Line of people waiting to order was out the door. One cashier and 5 prep staff standing around. Each order at the register was a minimal 5-6 mins just to take the order. Cashier would run in back and yell at prep staff after taking order instead of taking the next order of the person waiting in line. I walked out and will not be returning
