This location stands out as the absolute best Dunkin/Fast food establishment with allergies. Asked for coffee to not be stirred (without explaining why) staff were quick to pick up on the allergy and cross contamination reasoning- dedicated team member saw my order thru, using fresh supplies and going above and beyond for ALLERGY SAFETY (A+).

I needed coffee and munchkins, the place was mobbed and I was expecting a longer wait because of that. I got my order so fast you would have thought there were three people in the place, not the almost twenty that were actually there. I'm not a fan of the new Dunkin store layout and decorations but the food is still Dunkin and at this location the service was solid the day I was here.

This Southbury Dunkin at beginning of Main Strett South has always been one of my favs. No drive thru. Have to get out of car and go in. Plenty of parking. Quick service.

Parking: Can park in front of store or to the side. Plenty of parking.
