I have dined here a few times. Absolutely a diamond in the rough. Gorgeous grounds and views! Food is good. However, every time I have dined here, the waitstaff is very unwelcoming and unaccomodating and requests areca burdeon. So due to the service, I will not be back.
Perfect covered outdoor patio overlooking the golf course. Food and drinks are very good and reasonable prices. Service was very good. We drive 25 minutes from Danbury to have lunch here on a sunny afternoon.
I had my birthday party at J&J Country Tavern. We had the room upstairs. It was absolutely beautiful. Everything from the room enviorment to the food, and waitstaff was excellent. The guests enjoyed themselves and loved everything. The food was superior! Not a drop left on anyone's plates. A big shoutout to Jimmy, Jocyln and all the staff. for making this party a success and enjoyed by all. Thank you!
