The food is standard McDonald's. The service is very quick even for a McDonald's! There is no drive-through at this location. Plenty of seating though. They do deliver with doordash. ample parking in the parking lot located in front of the store. This is the less crowded end of the plaza and there tend to be plenty of spots here.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the McDonald's in Southbury, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the delicious food was the best out of all the McDonalds we have ever visited because it was surprisingly hot and fresh, which is hard to find at their other locations. However, the true standout was the exceptional service provided by hard workers Karla and Lena. Their friendly demeanor and welcoming smiles made us feel right at home. They went out of their way to ensure that our order was perfect and we had everything we needed in a timely manner. It's rare to find such dedication and warmth in customer service, especially in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that is always busy like McDonalds, and it truly made our day. Thank you, Karla and Lena, for your outstanding service. We will definitely recommend this McDonald's to our friends in the area and look forward to our next visit!
