Minami Sushi offers a large menu selection of appetizers, sushi/sashimi, kitchen entrees, and noodle dishes. The AYCE deal is a great value with fresh tasting sushi. The drinks are delicious, and the staff is great. However, there have been instances where yellowtail and salmon appetizers ran out. Despite this, the restaurant remains a favorite for its tasty entrees and overall quality.
