The food was okay, but the menu was very small. My food was overcooked. The prices were high for the quality of food. I really think an increase in the menu and more reasonable prices ($16 for an overcooked pork belly grilled cheese is unreasonable) would fix most of the problem. The atmosphere was stiff... Lauren is an Angel, she is an amazing person. I have only been here once before and she remembered me from 6 weeks prior. She is a fantastic bartender and is all around hospitable! I came into The Tavern broken and she immediately brought a smile to my face. The world needs more people like her, she literally brought light to my darkness. Thank you Lauren!
