It's been 11 years since my last review. I've been coming to Senor Ponchos when this restaurant was located in Monroe CT. I still enjoy visiting. This past Labor Day weekend was more of the fun and family friendly vibe they're known for. The menu is updated slowly since my last review. Tacos and Tuesday is a large focus of their fare. We had an enjoyable lunch - Enchiladas Banderas(three different types of enchiladas) served with refried beans and rice and the Tootsie Roll(shaved steak in a spinach tortilla) served with plentiful portion of beans and rice. The restaurant is spacious and clean with friendly and attentive wait staff. They also appeared to have a bar with many creative beverages. We’d highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Southbury area!
