My experience with The Bevy Company this Valentine’s Day was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and a genuine attention to detail that made the day feel effortless and special.
The atmosphere they helped create was thoughtful and beautifully put together, and you could tell that every element had been carefully considered. Communication was clear and prompt, and any questions or requests were met with enthusiasm and flexibility. It’s rare to find a company that blends creativity with flawless execution so seamlessly.
Valentine’s Day can be stressful to plan, but The Bevy Company made it smooth, memorable, and truly meaningful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to elevate a special occasion. I’ll absolutely be using them again in the future!

Drinks were amazing and inventive! Loved the low lighting and atmosphere. Food however left much to be desired. The pork in the bao buns tasted stale and chewy, the french onion nachos lacked flavor and the chips were so thin you couldn’t properly pick up any of the toppings. Lastly, the ramen was drowning in broth. We were all just handed bowls of what looked like just broth with barely 3 bites of overcooked noodles, maybe 3 small pieces of pork belly that was decent but for $8 extra seemed like a rip off. The soy marinated egg and broth were good but again it was hard to even find the egg and other toppings due to how much broth there was. I think it could be much better if they tried a little harder with presentation and ratios!

Came here for a girls night get together. Inside is super cute! I ordered the bang bang sliders which were very good!! The drinks were delightful and the bar tender was super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Nice spot with a nice atmosphere. The drinks are good and the staff are attentive.
The food however is underwhelming. Seems like they’re not quite prepared or don’t have a proper kitchen/chef.
Multiple items came on chipped plates. The ramen lacked flavor, consistency, and the proper ingredients. The bao buns weren’t made fresh both meat and the bun (likely frozen).
Hope you guys make some improvements on the food side!

Wow, we enjoyed dinner and cocktail's at the Bevy Co this evening. The drinks were delicious. The food was fresh, unique and very flavorful. This is one I will share with family and friends ! A warm and inviting atmosphere was simply perfect. We will definitely be back again !

A hidden gem! Great service, excellent drinks, and a carefully curated menu. The staff was very friendly. The owner talked to us and she was so kind, such a lovely person. Its great to see a local woman work her way up in the industry and turn into a successful entrepreneur. Bravo!

Drinks are good. Food is okay I never really went for that anyway. For example the calamari was either really good or the squid died for nothing. Service is good but the owner is a weirdo online and I don’t feel the need to go here anymore because I don’t support hate. There’s a lot of great places in that area so I wouldn’t consider this place the hope diamond especially when I worry about how she would treat certain people based on her views.

What a great Southbury spot. In town for a visit with family from Chicago and Providence. We enjoyed the bowls, and the burger. Loved the cocktails.

In a world where the sidewalks are rolled up at 9PM, there is a shining beacon in Southbury - The Bevy and the AWESOME docents within!! Curated cocktails, food, & background music - an incredible enclave. Always surprising creations like the savory Parmesan-washed gem in the photo. The food is always fantastic - so much more than tater tots with nice twists & turns. But make reservations if you want a table or the comfy-curvey booth - they fill up fast!
