Easily the best pizza place in the southbury area! Every time I go here the pizza is always cooked perfection, never a raw spot and never burnt.The owner and staff are extremely friendly and always have great recommendations when it comes to their menu.Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but I never mind that knowing that it is worth the wait for a great product coming out of their kitchen.
The traditional lamb gyro is the REAL DEAL. I am in my 3rd decade of life and this is literally the BEST gyro I have ever had-- every. Single. Time. The pita is fresh, the lamb is perfectly seasoned, the tzatziki is perfect, and it's all packaged up in the cleanest wrap ever known to man so the ingredients don't fall all over the place and sauce doesn't drip into your lap. They have this WAYYYY right. Highly, highly recommend.

I've only tried the stuffed breads (catering menu) so I can't comment on anything else but geez those breads were amazing!!! Spinach, mushroom and cheese was packed with stuffing and delicious. I'm getting the eggplant Parm next, cannot wait!!
