Went to Arby's manager today about a complaint I had regarding a sandwich and she comped my whole dinner for me and my girlfriend. They made things right with their great customer service. Their people are very friendly and are great dealing with the public. I recommend you visit them today!
Was craving a Arby's Roast beef sandwich when at drive thru the person repeated my order 3 times roast beef sandwich curly fries Arby's sauce and horse radish. I said yes 3 times. Drove away and when I got home. NO SAUCES at all. Wasn't going back. Don't they check before they push your bag at you because there's another car behind you. Won't go back the craving was ruined
