This is my second five star review of the month. If you know anything about my reviews, you know that I’m pretty strict with how I review my food choices. Was going by this place at 6:30 AM and greeted with a very kind and happy person.The manager or owner was super friendly with me, explained everything to me and even gave me a few toppings on the house because it was my first time. I got an açai bowl that knocked my socks off. It was full of great granola and seeds and peanut butter. I couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast. And top it all off. They had great strong coffee. I’m super happy with the experience I had at blend healthy spot. I will definitely highly recommend this to anyone that’s looking for a great healthy alternative for breakfast.

Feels like walking into a vortex of joy. This place is a vibe if its own. The staff is absolutely lovely, and the food and drinks are healthy and delicious. My friend eats keto and is pre-diabetic, and she was so excited to find stuff she could eat, especially sweets. This place is a gift!

I am absolutely kicking myself for not trying this place sooner because it is INCREDIBLE! The macros are beyond phenomenal and Carlo was an absolute gem. The atmosphere is so clean and charming, I fell in love instantly. I am already counting down the days until I can visit again. The chunky monkey smoothie and array of protein donuts were just heavenly. Not to mention, the prices were more than reasonable for the quality of food. Every bite was perfection. I am just blown away by this place and can't wait to go back for more.
