Been coming here for over 20 years. There is nothing like it anywhere around here.
I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience at Cadillac Ranch Restaurant in Southington. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment lacks basic standards of professionalism and customer service.
We called ahead around 6:30 PM to confirm that kids were welcome and were told they are welcome on Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, when we arrived, our visit quickly turned into a nightmare. We specifically chose to go to the area away from the bar to play...read full review
