“I decided to randomly come to Smashburger tonight just for a large smash fries.

Nothing too special about my visit except for the young lady who took my order.

Liahna was friendly and made sure they made my fries just how I requested and like them with extra rosemary oil.

She brought extra napkins to me without asking and made sure to check on how I enjoyed my food and provided friendly conversation.

I was the only person dining in and she could have easily carried on with her work, but she made sure to show me care.

I was having a tough week and she just made my week a little brighter. :-)

“Such a great place!This place was packed during the weekend but the line was moving fast and everyone was happy. I tried the Tommy Special breakfast sandwich after one of the staff recommended and it didn’t disappoint!! So much flavor! This was my first time here and I was a little bit overwhelmed by so many choices for bagels and cream cheese varieties! I wasn’t expecting such a big list but they have something for everyone! They also recommended a caramel biscotti ice coffee and it was delicious! Had some bagels to go and my whole family was impressed. My son loved the chocolate chip bagel with Oreo cream cheese, my daughter loved the blueberry bagel with blueberry cream cheese and my husband opted for the Asiago cheese bagel with Jalapeno schmear. This place it’s a hidden gem with a casual atmosphere and a big heart!“

“I had Alyson F as a waitress and she was amazing. This was my first time eating out since spending 4 months in the icu. She made sure our table was taken care of and didn’t rush us as we had family from out of state with us.

Wheelchair accessibility: As a wheelchair user this restaurant was very accommodating. I had brought up to one of the hostesses that the grab bar in the women’s handicap stall was loose and they got the manager to fix it. It’s was the quick action to make sure their customers are safe is what will be bringing me back.“

“The manager with the grey beard is how you treat a client. Even while making a mistake on the self service he took the time to make the changes needed. This is my first McDonalds review and I’m happy I took the time out to commend their professionalism. Plus the have the Freshest Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel I’ve had in years!“
