Great and delicious food ? and good customer service !

coffee is terrible, it has this nasty taste/odor/aftertaste something that I can't describe....food is okay our waitress is friendly.

They say they have the best pancakes in the state, I would have to disagree. Ordinary at best and a bit on the small side. Other options are typical diner style food, decent but again not great. This location is extremely popular and wait time can be excessive with up to an hour at peak times. Not worth the wait when there are far better options in the area

I’m a food critic and writer for a news article.I used to be a waiter and line cook at a restaurant.I score on 3 areas:Food: It was okay, my toast was burnt, I found hair in my pancakes.Service: i had a young man overly confident and overly fake, it felt like he was insulting me, he walked off and he rolled his eyes when I told him about the hair in my food. Also another server who was female kept getting peoples orders wrong.Cleanliness: tables were clean, but windows were dusty and dirty and you could see the dirt caked on the creases on the walls.Food: 20/33Service: 5/34Cleanliness: 10/3335/100Your workers need to learn proper manners and to learn the customer is always right. And you should deep clean the whole place. I’ll be back to write another review soon.

Very clean and spacious. We were seated quickly and the service was great. Was not rushed into ordering our food. Food came out quick and hot. Very tasty.

Southington location. The service was so slow. We never got silverware. Coffee was horrible. The food was inedible for the most part. My daughter got a salad and the chicken tasted like it was soaked in sugar. At least the bathrooms were clean.

I've never been to this particular Chip's restaurant, but it's just as good as the one nearer to me. I love these, now 2 Chip's. They go above and beyond to make you feel safe from Covid-19. I definitely recommend that you check them out!!

Waitress was nice but not very tentative. She was mopping in between serving food. Hostess were kind. And those were my hashbrowns…the Grapeseed does not approve and will not be returning. Southington, CT location

Food and service were great! We were seated quickly (just before lunch rush) and the seating area was very clean. Will definitely come back! The chicken salad sandwich on English muffin was very yummy!

Food is okay/average. Everyone is friendly and the servers and bus boys are cute. Although, the restaurant is too pricey for what they deliver.

Yummy no complaints! Had the Benedict omlette and pancakes.

Very disappointed.Drank chocolate milk and found "something" in glass. And it was about 3 inches long,one inch wide.No manager came to our table and addressed this. We were given new check with one chocolate milk off. They did take off all 4 after we disputed the charges. Won't be back.

Great service, Had a turkey BLT. delicious. plenty of space. nice .

Great food, great wait staff. Will definitely be coming back soon.
