Bunkers Bar & Grill @ Hawks Landing Country Club

I recently hosted my son’s 1st birthday party of over 100 guests at Hawks Landing. Jeff & Paul were absolutely amazing to work with. I work with a lot of different venues all over Connecticut with my event planning business and this place is truly next level. The attention to detail and the way the entire staff works together to really give you everything you envision is hard to come by. Paul and I designed the entire event menu from scratch. Anything I asked for, he made happen! My biggest concern was that I didn’t want guests waiting too long for food but I also didn’t want a sit down meal. Paul suggested we do multiple food stations around the space so nobody was waiting. He also had his staff start with passed appetizers while everyone was mingling. It worked out PERFECTLY. My theme was “Jack’s 1st rodeo.” Paul even offered to request that his staff wear jeans and a flannel shirt to match my vibe. Every single member of the Hawks team had such a hand in perfecting the day. My guests are still raving about the food and experience more than a month later. They really made the day so special and I couldn’t be more grateful to Jeff, Paul and the entire Hawks team! ♥️

Best kept secret going...nothing better than seeing a band outside on a golf course and eating delicious food..highly recommend

I was at Hawk’s Landing last week for an event, what a great experience! The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

I do not recommend this place. Six meals and they destroyed three of them. Food burn so bad it wasn't edible. How someone could plate and serve food like that is unimaginable. Send three meals back and removed from bill and no one, I mean no one, came to the table to apologize. This place needs new management quick!!

Went there twice the hole place has a real nice atmosphere setting. The 2 things that that needs to improve is getting rid of the Art of yum thier food is terrible that’s not just my opinion many friends have said the same. Not the right kinda menu for such a nice venue. And the wait staff need improvement. The service was terrible had to go up to the bar get own drinks barely check on our table to see if we needed anything.

First I'd like to say hats off to Nick who runs the pro shop!! Good guy and he did a great job regripping my golf clubs....looking forward to using them!! Thanks!! Hawks is a fun course to play, a little short, but challenging. keep it in the fairway!! ⛳️⛳️ always have fun there and Dan the greens keeper and his staff keep it in good shape!!

Hawk’s Landing has such an amazing staff! Their energy and ability to connect with people is something I’ve never seen at a club like this. I would recommend to any couple, host or client that wants the highest of quality when it comes to event management and hospitality! Amazing venue and club!

Food is ok for bar food, prices a little high for food Quality, but it is a bar.

A nice restaurant to have dinner and listen to great music

What a great location and music venue! Sabrina our server was great and was working so hard!

Wonderful evening at Bunkers Bar with Timmy Maia. Sabrina was great, super busy serving a large crown with tons of interruptions, she was gracious with a beautiful smile.

Has come a long way from the last few years. Give them another chance.

Nice setting, band was good and the wait staff were very accommodating. I would come back for some nice outdoor dining.
