The people working don't care about the customers. The orders are always wrong and they forget to give you everything in your order all the time, especially later morning and afternoons.

I don't know what to say, the lobby wasn't open yet and I have to be at work before they open. We don't have Dunkin' in my area, so I pulled up to the drive-thru and I asked for her help to make me a coffee. I couldn't have made this coffee better myself. It was like she knew exactly what I meant by semi-sweet and smooth and creamy!.. I'm not used to bright shiny people at 5:00 a.m., most of the time there is tired as I am and they're ready to...

I ordered a grilled cheese and it was cold in the middle and the slices was solid. Normally it's piping hot and I have to wait a while before even attempting to eat it. Not our go-to Dunkin in Southington.
