I’m going to try to describe two employees at this site, who are the reason for this review and deserve recognition for their hard work. A bald gentleman, who I know is a manager, who is always very nice and very fast. The other is a gentleman that may be new, with thick glasses and neck tattoos, who is ALWAYS smiling, is extremely friendly and cheery. This place isn’t perfect, but I know when either of these two are working, my order will be fast, correct and my interaction...

The people working don't care about the customers. The orders are always wrong and they forget to give you everything in your order all the time, especially later morning and afternoons.

I don't know what to say, the lobby wasn't open yet and I have to be at work before they open. We don't have Dunkin' in my area, so I pulled up to the drive-thru and I asked for her help to make me a coffee. I couldn't have made this coffee better myself. It was like she knew exactly what I meant by semi-sweet and smooth and creamy!.. I'm not used to bright shiny people at 5:00 a.m., most of the time there is tired as I am and they're ready to...
