Dunkin'

Just asked for the Dunkin Wrap with a side order of hash browns. The employee gave me a chipotle hash brown sandwich with cheese. When I told her this isn’t what I had ordered and if she could switch, she immediately said “That’s not what you said.. and there’s no manager here” the sandwich she claimed I ordered also has pork in it which I don’t eat.

I've been to this Dunkin 3 times. The first time I assumed I just got a stale bagel. The second time I realized they only have stale bagels. The third time I was mad at myself for expecting it to be different.

Very nice and clean Dunkin. Easy on and off the highway to get to and service was excellent.

Took two people to put my order in just to give me it wrong.

Coffee is always on point. Morning shift crew is nice depending whose working the window.

I have never left a review for somewhere but i have to for this. I go to this dunkin, without fail, my bagel is stale. I live down the street so it’s the closest dunkin to me. I usually learn my lesson and avoid it but occasionally ill stop and try it again, newsflash: it NEVER improves. Its to the point where im almost choking on my dry, stale, bagel. And the cashier at the window was not very nice either, but honestly maybe she was having a bad day, everyone’s usually nice there.

Place is awful across the board…service, order, attitude.

Always slow and gets orders wrong. You’re better off ordering online as they take priority over those customers than ones who take the time to walk in.

Ordered online, nobody inside or in drive through. pulled up 2 mins after ordering greeted by rudest worker, very rude to me waited 10mins for order even though i was only person there. when handed food she looked annoyed/mad to even give items. Not sure why its a problem to pull up after ordering when im the only one there its the same as drive through, no wonder nobody goes to this Dunkin and all the bad reviews even though its on a busy street near multiple businesses. Maybe they should work on customer service.
