Good energy in the morning
If I can give zero stars I will. Staff are rude, can tell they do not want to be here on Saturday. No hello through drive-through no hold on waited about 16 minutes in drive through.
Stopped in for a coffee and a doughnut. Staff were friendly. The one lady working Wednesday afternoon was super fast working the drive through. Good experience.

Waited in drive thru for 10 min not even a hold on a second from drive thru workers. Drove around went inside felt as though I should beg them for service waited another six min to be waited on and another 6 min for coffee because none was ready. I was the only person in the place. Dunkin you really need to properly train your staff. Do better!

Just asked for the Dunkin Wrap with a side order of hash browns. The employee gave me a chipotle hash brown sandwich with cheese. When I told her this isn’t what I had ordered and if she could switch, she immediately said “That’s not what you said.. and there’s no manager here” the sandwich she claimed I ordered also has pork in it which I don’t eat.

I've been to this Dunkin 3 times. The first time I assumed I just got a stale bagel. The second time I realized they only have stale bagels. The third time I was mad at myself for expecting it to be different.
