Went here on Veterans day, as a veteran and tried to order a coffee (for free as advertised online). Was told this was a participating location but insisted I needed to download the app for some reason. Not sure why, my wife who is also a veteran was able to get one for free this morning without the app so I'm a bit confused. I was able to do this in past years as well.

They didn’t welcome me in, and just had blank stares as I ordered. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Best Starbucks in Southington! They do a awesome job making drinks! My drink is always perfect from here ???.. Update: Sadly new staff needs better training I order 12 pump chai and I watched the barista make the drink and she put 8 pumps of chai. I asked her to put more and she said she put 12 when I watched her make the drink and she only put 8. Drinks aren’t cheap customers would like what they pay for.

Never have soy. How do you not offer soy?! Don’t offer features flavors on mobile order, hot flat white latte are half empty when ordered on mobile. This new store is awful.
