I'm not sure if this is an every visit kind of issue or not. We were the only person in the drive thru to order. From the time we ordered to the time we received it was almost 11 minutes. When we finally received it, the TM open the window, handed us the food and never said a word. I said thank you and they said absolutely nothing, just a blank stare.
