Went there for the first time this morning, staff was rude, tried to make me pull up "so their timer made good time". No cars behind me... You want your timer to make good time, have the food ready... Pulling people up so your time LOOKS good is misleading. I said I don't want to pull up because I too am on a time schedule, so they gave me dirty looks, the lady that took my order went to the back where they were preparing my food so say or do something. I don't know exactly but she looked trashy so I didn't trust that she wouldn't tamper with my food so I took my money back and went to BK. Definitely never going back to that location. Normally Wendy's has really good customer service but the one I meriden Waterbury turnpike is terrible.

Had to go and try the krabby patty meal with the grandkids, service was great, food was good. My only complaint was the soda dispensor was off with the ratio of syrup and seltzer.

Food & service is usually good! But I will say if you are hoping to order the new Krabby Patty Kollab Meal- don't do it! Not worth it. I was sooo disappointed :( No fun packaging & nothing special about the burger except the special sauce! (Which didn't taste so special) The Pineapple Under The Sea Frosty could have been good if they added more of the pineapple mango puree to it. It was such a small amount I could barely taste it. 😪😪 Do better on your collabs Wendy's. Cute packaging and more thought was neededddd, especially for this one, it's SpongeBob!!

Just had Fridays but they were fast, correct, and friendly.

Placed an order for 2 cinnamon pull-aparts. Was told by the person working the speaker that they didn't have any ready yet, and would have to make them. Was told that it'd take 2 minutes, so of course I went through with the order. Received my food and left, once home I realized that both cinnabon pull-aparts were bone dry with no icing whatsoever. I drove back, which took some time and explained the situation to the speaker. The speaker told me, oh we don't have any icing. I was not offered a refund, a swap for a different menu item or anything at all.

Why would you let someone order something that you don't have a main ingredient for at full price, without letting them know ahead of time? Not offering anything at all afterwards, after I had to drive all the way back is just another slap in the teeth. Knowingly giving me an incomplete menu item is just pure negligence, have some pride in your work people or try a different, simpler line of work.

There was blood all over my bags and frostys when I got my order home. Tried calling the store 10 times and no one picked up. Absolutely disgusting, will never go here again.

They always get my order wrong! I just waited nearly an hour for my food, only to get someone else's order. I ordered a big bacon classic and got bbq and Buffalo chicken instead. I don't like Wendy's chicken so it went straight in the trash and I'm still hungry. Cowards wont pick up the phone either. Never ordering from Wendy's again.
