Frosty is good

it was my first time going here and when i first walked in it was a bit overwhelming, the music was really loud and nobody was coming to the counter to take my order.
but when they did i was surprised by how fast the food was made.
i also came back again and they got the order wrong but it wasn't a big deal. i still liked the food.

Order a biggie bag got a stale sandwich, stale fries and a 2 piece instead of a 4 piece and juice was watered down and I got no straw.

Forgot juice boxes for 2 kids meals. Did not give the right food in any of the bags. Took 10 minutes to order.

This is the worst Wendy's location. I went in and I am waiting at the counter. 3 people look at me and then walk away. Nobody can take an order? 10 minutes I am waiting. This is the second time it has happened to me there. There won't be a third time. I will never go to that location again.

Clean and quick. Remodeled and really nice interior.

Went there for the first time this morning, staff was rude, tried to make me pull up "so their timer made good time". No cars behind me... You want your timer to make good time, have the food ready... Pulling people up so your time LOOKS good is misleading. I said I don't want to pull up because I too am on a time schedule, so they gave me dirty looks, the lady that took my order went to the back where they were preparing my food so say or do something. I don't know exactly but she looked trashy so I didn't trust that she wouldn't tamper with my food so I took my money back and went to BK. Definitely never going back to that location. Normally Wendy's has really good customer service but the one I meriden Waterbury turnpike is terrible.

Had to go and try the krabby patty meal with the grandkids, service was great, food was good. My only complaint was the soda dispensor was off with the ratio of syrup and seltzer.

Food & service is usually good! But I will say if you are hoping to order the new Krabby Patty Kollab Meal- don't do it! Not worth it. I was sooo disappointed :( No fun packaging & nothing special about the burger except the special sauce! (Which didn't taste so special) The Pineapple Under The Sea Frosty could have been good if they added more of the pineapple mango puree to it. It was such a small amount I could barely taste it. 😪😪 Do better on your collabs Wendy's. Cute packaging and more thought was neededddd, especially for this one, it's SpongeBob!!
