I hate when I have to request fresh food. I was given cold food (French Fries and Chicken Nuggets). I was the only patron at the restaurant. However i requested frwsh food and was given fresh food. I didnt eat it though, i feel like my request was tampered with. The employee weren't too thrilled to have to remake my food. So I left there and purchased food elsewhere... I really don't visit this location much, my experience has never been satisfactory here. I would recommend eating else where..

The supervisor and the GM did nothing but bend over backwards to satisfy and help my situation, but I've never had someone yelled me from behind the grill for ordering extra bacon on my sandwich and expecting it to be crumbs from the bottom of the baskets.

First it took 4 minutes to take my order with nobody else in line.Second- the gentleman refused to give me my reciept, saying the printer was broken, knowing full well his service was rude.And to top it off the food was cold, and I got the wrong drink.

Such a waste of my money, time and energy.I ordered SIMPLE to make it SIMPLE for the employees, but..it seems like not ordering would've been easier for them.I made sure to get the same drink and basically the same burgers to AVOID the mockery that just happened today.I had ONE Son of the Baconator meal (with NO ketchup and NO cheese, add lettuce and tomato) and 2 Baconator meals with no changes (TO KEEP IT SIMPLE!!).I had 2 burgers with PICKLES, RAW ONIONS - neither usually on baconators.And a Son of the Baconator WITH cheese, WITH ketchup, NO lettuce, NO tomato. I go back in for a replacement burger (just one. I was going to live with THEIR other mistakes!!).. but when I ask for the replacement burger, the GIRL tosses the burger and proceeds or ignore my requests for no ketchup and no cheese. Gives me both.. and does not add the requested tomato and lettuce! I just have no words. Won't be back there. Disappointment all around. Everyone's short staffed. Get a grip!

Everything about this place is run down. The food is subpar (fries were way overcooked and had no flavor, the chicken in the sandwich looked like it had been stepped on) The service felt like they were on work release from a prison... not personable or welcoming. And the dining area looked like year 6 of the COVID lockdown and stinks of unchanged frier oil. For the price you pay, it's definely not worth it. We paid over $27 for a medium plain chicken sandwich combo and a medium Dave's Double, and were barely able to eat any of the fries. Burger King across the street is cheaper and a much better value.

i would give 0 stars if possible. absolute worst useless employees...horrible horrible service...miserable atmosphere ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE oh after 15 mins in drive thru sitting area and being charged we never got our food...had to go in only to be met with annoyed employees bc we expected them to actually do their job- DO NOT GO HERE

Came in for a quick lunch. Ordered a #7 and paid. Noticed when I got my receipt that it was $2 more than the menu behind the counter states. I mention to the guy ringing me out and he just shrugs his shoulders and says I don’t know, must be tax… I said it clearly isn’t tax. He responds that it automatically rings you up for a double. I reminded him I didn’t order a double.. he said it does it automatically, which clearly isn’t accurate. Dude just admit you hit the wrong button/picture on your machine.. not worth a fight over $2, but clearly frustrating.. no apology given, no offer to correct the order.. Pretty much told to just deal with it.Further more gives me a cup to dine in and the machine has no soda unless you want HI-C. I ask him if there are more options in the back and he said, oh yeah I have to fill the machine.Keep in mind I was the only customer in the dining room.. now I understand why.
